Hi there! My name is Ashley McQuown and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Use Disorder Professional who has been practicing in Washington state since 2016.  I identify as nonbinary (they/them) and neurodivergent and love working with other queer and neurodivergent folks! While my practice is informed by evidenced based modalities (like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems), my approach is also relational and rooted in my own and my clients’ lived experience.
